    Payment Terms

    The full participation fee must be paid immediately after the conclusion of the exhibition.

    General Terms and Conditions

    • The display of banners, posters, brand names, trademarks, or photographs other than the exhibitor's company name and logo is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from the exhibition organizer.
    • The height of the back walls must not exceed the standard height of 4 meters. If side walls are required for an open stand, their dimensions must be determined to avoid obstructing neighboring stands. For island stands, side and back walls must be completely absent.
    • All exhibitors must comply with the rules and regulations stated in this agreement. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by an authorized executive representative of the exhibition organizer.
    • The organizers reserve the right to interpret or amend these regulations without prior notice, provided that such amendments do not adversely affect the rights granted to exhibitors under this agreement or increase their contractual obligations.
